The robust casing made of impact-resistant polypropylene withstands shocks and rough transport, while the all-round seal protects the equipment from water and dust.

Inside, the lightweight aluminum rack frame ensures secure mounting of standard 19-inch components. The rack rails are equipped with shock-absorbing padding. Additional foam inserts in the lid and base provide protection against shocks and impact loads. The flexible mounting depth can be adjusted to the equipment used by varying the positions of the front and rear rack rails.

Designed as an XT case, this model stands for EXTREME load capacity, maximum security, and professional protection. Made from impact-resistant polypropylene, it reliably protects sensitive audio, event, broadcast, and network technology from shocks, dust, and water. It meets protection class IP67as well as military standards STANAG 4280 and DEF-STAN 81-41. Temperature resistant from –30 °C to +90 °C, with a pressure equalization valve and an ergonomic handle, it is also ideal for air travel and harsh transport conditions.

Interior & Features

The TOMcase XT630 is equipped with a lightweight, removable aluminum A-RACK-Compact frame. Depending on your equipment, you can choose between 2U, 3U, and 4U.The rack frame is designed for standardized 19-inch devices and allows them to be securely mounted in the case.

Anti-shock padding integrated into the rack rails reduces the transmission of shocks and vibrations to the installed devices. In addition, the case is equipped with matching foam inserts in the lid and base. This creates a multi-level protection concept for sensitive technology.

The front and rear rack rails can be mounted in various positions. This allows the available installation depth to be adjusted to different devices and connections. The open design also facilitates cable routing and, when the case is open, supports air circulation around the equipment.

Side handles allow the rack frame to be quickly removed from the protective case. For comfortable transport, the XT630 also features two integrated wheels and an extendable telescopic handle. This makes the rack case particularly suitable for changing locations, tours, events, and mobile technical installations.
