• Which case should I choose — robust & waterproof or light & affordable?

  At TOMcase there are essentially two directions. Our robust protective cases (XTREME Series) are made from particularly impact-resistant polypropylene, IP67 certified — meaning dustproof and waterproof to 1m depth — and come with a lifetime guarantee on materials and workmanship. They are the right choice for tough conditions, professional daily use and valuable equipment. Our lighter models (ECO Series) offer solid IP65 protection, are lighter and more affordable — ideal for regular use without extreme requirements. • How long does delivery take — and where do you ship?

  We deliver to Germany, throughout the EU and to the USA. Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 1–3 working days; to other EU countries it usually takes 3–5 working days. All orders are carefully packed and shipped with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery at any time. Exact shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout.

• What does the lifetime guarantee actually mean?

  All cases in the XTREME Series — whether universal transport cases, drone cases or camera cases — come with a lifetime guarantee against material and manufacturing defects, with no proof of purchase required and no time limit. If a clasp, hinge or shell fails due to a manufacturing defect, we replace the defective part or the entire case. The guarantee covers the case shell and the trolley system — foam inserts and inlays are excluded as these are subject to natural wear. In practice, this means: our customers buy a TOMcase once — and keep it for life.

• Can I return a case if it does not fit?

  Yes, of course. You have a 30-day right of return from the date of receipt. If the case is not the right size, you have changed your mind, or the case does not meet your expectations, you can return it within this period — provided it is undamaged. Simply write to us via our contact form and we will send you a free return label.
