The XTREME Outdoor Cases from TOMcase are indestructible protective cases for the toughest applications and continuous professional use. They are 100% waterproof, dustproof, and shatterproof according to IP67 , temperature-resistant from -30°C to +90°C, and versatile enough for use as transport cases, industrial cases, gun cases, equipment cases, camera cases, or photo cases . Equipped as standard with a multi-layered grid foam insert , they offer maximum protection during storage and transport. For professional requirements, we manufacture custom hard foam inlays with precise cut-outs. Robust double-throw latches , sturdy hinges, padlock eyelets, and an ergonomic soft-grip handle make XTREME Cases particularly durable and user-friendly – ​​optionally also available as a trolley version or tool case . .

  • Yes, the lifetime guarantee against material and manufacturing defects applies to all cases in the XTREME Series — regardless of whether it is a universal transport case, a precision-fitted drone case or a camera case. What matters is the case shell: as long as the model belongs to the XTREME Series, it is covered by the lifetime guarantee — with no proof of purchase required and no time limit. The guarantee covers the case shell and the trolley system on applicable models. Foam inserts and inlays are excluded as these are subject to natural wear. In practice this means: you buy an XTREME case once — and keep it for life.

  • The XTREME Series is not only IP67 certified, but also meets three additional international standards that are particularly relevant for professional and government use. STANAG 4280 / DEF STAN 81-41 is the NATO military standard for transport packaging — it ensures that the cases can withstand extreme mechanical stress, temperature fluctuations and environmental influences encountered in military and government operations. MIL-STD-810 is the US military standard for environmental testing — it covers shock, vibration, temperature, humidity and altitude differences under real operating conditions. ATA300 is the international air freight standard that ensures the cases are suitable for repeated professional air transport. These three certifications in combination with IP67 make the XTREME Series one of the most comprehensively tested transport case systems on the market.

  • The quickest way to find the right size is through our Case Finder — simply enter the dimensions of your equipment and you will be shown the right model directly. As a general rule: measure your device (length × width × height) and add approx. 2–3 cm of clearance on each side for the foam. For many common devices — such as DJI drones, Sony cameras or standard laptops — we also offer precision-fitted XTREME models with ready-made inlays, where no measuring is required at all. All XTREME cases are also available in three variants: empty, with pick-n-pluck foam or with a custom CNC inlay.   • Yes, all XTREME cases can be fitted with a custom CNC-milled foam inlay — precision cut to your equipment, whether camera system, drone, measuring device or industrial tool. The inlay sits perfectly in the case and ensures maximum protection without any movement. Custom branding of the case is also available on request.
