The exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout after entering the delivery address.

* Small products: all suitcases up to model XT505H280 as well as all backpacks.

When ordering several products of the same size, shipping costs are charged only once.
For mixed sizes, we charge 1× shipping for small products and 1× shipping for large products; amounts are added together.

Customs duties and import taxes are to be paid by the buyer. Exceptions may be made upon agreement.

Delivery Times

• Germany: 2– 5 business days
• EU countries abroad: 2– 12 business days (depending on the country)
• International shipments: 7– 21 business days

No delivery on Sundays and public holidays. For orders containing items with different delivery times, we ship partial deliveries as soon as products are available (unless otherwise agreed).
