Whether on tour, during live productions, in broadcast use or for mobile technical installations: the TOMcase XT615 rack case reliably protects sensitive 19-inch devices under demanding conditions. The durable housing made from impact-resistant polypropylene withstands shocks and tough transport conditions. An all-round seal protects the equipment stored inside the case against water and dust.

Inside, the lightweight aluminium rack frame provides secure mounting for standard 19-inch components. Depending on the required installation height, the rack case is available with 4U or 6U. The rack rails are equipped with shock-absorbing padding. Additional foam inserts in the lid and base help protect against vibrations and impact stress.

With its particularly large installation depth, the A-RACK Ultra frame is also suitable for more extensive technical components. The front and rear rack rails can be mounted in different positions. This allows the installation depth to be flexibly adapted to the devices, connections and cables used.

Designed as an XT case, this model stands for XTREME resilience, maximum safety and professional protection. Made from impact-resistant polypropylene, it reliably protects sensitive audio, event, broadcast and network equipment against shocks, dust and water. It meets protection class IP67 as well as the military standards STANAG 4280 and DEF-STAN 81-41. Temperature-resistant from –30 °C to +90 °C, equipped with a pressure equalization valve and ergonomic carrying handles, it is also ideal for air travel and tough transport conditions.

Depending on the selected rack height, the TOMcase XT615 offers space for several compatible components, such as amplifiers, wireless receivers, effects units, signal processors, network devices, power distributors or other standard 19-inch devices.

Interior & Features

The TOMcase XT615 is equipped with a lightweight, removable A-RACK Ultra aluminium frame. Depending on your equipment, you can choose between 4U and 6U. The rack frame is designed for standard 19-inch devices and allows them to be securely mounted inside the protective case.

Anti-shock padding integrated into the rack rails reduces the transmission of shocks and vibrations to the installed devices. In addition, the case is equipped with matching foam inserts in the lid and base. This creates a multi-stage protection concept for sensitive technical components.

The front and rear rack rails can be mounted in different positions. This allows the available installation depth to be adapted to different devices, connections and cabling. The open frame construction also makes cable routing easier and supports air circulation around the equipment when the case is open.

Side handles allow the rack frame to be quickly removed from the protective case. The XT615 is available either without or with trolley function. The standard version features integrated wheels and a large folding handle. In the trolley version, an extendable telescopic handle makes transport over longer distances easier. This makes the rack case particularly suitable for changing locations, tours, events and mobile technical installations.
