The robust housing made of impact-resistant polypropylene withstands shocks and rough transport, while the circumferential seal protects equipment from water and dust.

Inside, the lightweight aluminum rack frame ensures secure mounting for standardized 19-inch components. The rack rails are equipped with shock-absorbing cushioning. Additional foam inserts in the lid and base provide further protection against vibrations and impact loads. The adjustable positions of the front and rear rack rails allow for flexible installation depth to accommodate various devices.

Designed as an XT case, this model stands for EXTREME durability, maximum safety, and professional protection. Manufactured from impact-resistant polypropylene, it reliably protects sensitive audio, event, broadcast, and network technology from shocks, dust, and water. It meets protection class IP67 as well as military standards STANAG 4280and DEF-STAN 81-41. Temperature-resistant from –30 °C to +90 °C, with a pressure equalization valve and ergonomic handle, it is also ideal for air travel and harsh transport conditions.

Depending on the selected rack height, the TOMcase XT630 can accommodate items such as wireless receivers, effects units, signal processors, network components, small amplifiers, or other standardized 19-inch devices.

Interior & Equipment

The TOMcase XT630 is equipped with a lightweight, removable A-RACK Compact aluminium frame. Depending on your equipment, you can choose between 2U, 3U and 4U. The rack frame is designed for standard 19-inch devices and allows them to be securely mounted inside the case.

Anti-shock padding integrated into the rack rails reduces the transmission of shocks and vibrations to the installed devices. In addition, the case is equipped with matching foam inserts in the lid and base. This creates a multi-stage protection concept for sensitive technical equipment.

The front and rear rack rails can be mounted in different positions. This allows the available installation depth to be adapted to different devices and connections. The open construction also makes cable routing easier and supports air circulation around the equipment when the case is open.

Side handles allow the rack frame to be quickly removed from the protective case. For comfortable transport, the XT630 also features two integrated wheels and an extendable telescopic handle. This makes the rack case particularly suitable for changing locations, tours, events and mobile technical installations.
